 For Identity Proof, one of the following must be provided: PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport. Address Proof can be established through an Aadhar Card, Rent Agreement, Voter ID Card, Gas Bill, or Electricity Bill, with any one of these documents being acceptable. For Birth Proof, a Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, or Class 10 Marksheet is required. In cases of prior relationships, a Divorce Decree must be submitted if the previous partners have divorced. If one partner from a previous relationship has passed away, the surviving partner must provide the Death Certificate of the deceased spouse. Additionally, six passport-sized photographs of both male and female partners are necessary.
